Wallet menu functions

a. Pre-Allocation

Prepaid incentive to pay and motivator. The value entered cannot be withdrawn. It is only worth it as a reward or bonus that can be given.

b. Reward Voucher

• Reload Voucher: Menu if you want to refill the seller's shop voucher

• Send Reward: Menu if you want to send a reward

c. Withdrawal

History of store withdrawal transactions from the beginning of the withdrawal to the end. 

2. How to Reload Pre-Allocation

a. Click Pre-Allocation in the Wallet menu

b. Fill in the Order Amount, Customer Information and Payment Information fields

c. Then, click submit transaction

d. Click Payment then fill in the reference number and upload proof of payment

e. Click confirm payment 

3. How to Reload Voucher

a. Click Reload Voucher in the wallet menu

b. Fill in the form that is available

c. Then click submit transaction

d. Click Payment

e. Then, fill in the Reference number and upload the proof of transfer

f. Click Confirm Payment then the transaction is successful
