Transaction Menu Function

a. Pre-Allocation: Is an E-Money in Pocketyou Asia where the menu function is to buy a balance / refill the balance for transaction tools at Pocketyou Retail.

b. Withdraw: Is a menu that functions to withdraw the balance of pre allocation, incentive reward or Goldbar

c. Transaction History: To view transaction history starting from the first transaction to your last transaction.

a. Click on the Transaction menu, then select pre-allocation

b. Fill in the nominal reload amount as shown below

c. Then click next step, select payment method and click submit transaction.

d. Then there will be transaction info, scroll down to enter the reference number and upload proof of payment as shown below 

e. After uploading proof of payment, then click confirm payment 

f. After clicking confirm payment, then please wait 1x24 hours to wait for the payment status to change to DONE. If the time has exceeded the limit, please contact the Pocketyou Retail admin to be processed immediately

a. Click Transaction menu, then select withdraw

b. Then choose Add request 

c. Then select find income 

d. Choose which income you want to withdraw (pre-allocation, incentive reward or gold bar) then click the column you want to withdraw.

e. Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the withdraw amount column, for a minimum withdrawal of Rp. 20,000. Then click add to cart

f. After the Withdraw request has entered the chart, please enter the bank information as shown below or if you have entered the bank information before, you can select the second column of your banks information

g. Select Next Step, then click submit request. Then your withdrawal will be processed immediately.
