I Haven't Successfully Made Internet Transaction

PocketYou always tries to make it easier for users to do any transaction, one of them is internet purchase transaction. But, if you find an issue with successful internet transaction, it might be caused by a transaction queue that is related to provider outside PocketYou. Don't forget to always make sure that the recipient number is correct.

If the payment status is pending, you can wait 1x24 hours of working days before. Please check again every once in a while. But if your transaction is failed, it will be returned to your PocketYou account balance in maximum 1x24 hours working days since you made the payment.
